★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada contra em relação às qualidade/preço nem em relação a simpatia do atendimento, agora receber um sofá a um dia 10 e ao dia 22 não me terem contactado a avisar que o sofá já tinha chegado isso acho incompetência, e só soube que tinha chegado porque fui eu que liguei a perguntar pelo artigo. E depois ainda dão de desculpa que deviam ter ligado e não atendi, eu tenho sempre o tlm disponível até no trabalho e se por acaso acontece.se não poder atender depois retornava a chamada. Portanto tenho a certeza que não me contactaram mas mesmo que assim fosse durante 12dias não se tenta entrar em contacto novamente com o cliente???
Podia dar 5 estrelas mas como perdi 12dias de usufruto do sofá pela incompetência de alguém dou apenas 3estrelas.
Nothing against quality/price or the friendliness of the service, now receiving a sofa on the 10th and on the 22nd they did not contact me to let me know that the sofa had already arrived, I think it was incompetence, and I only knew that it had arrived because I was the one who called asking for the article. And then they still give an excuse that they should have called and I didn't answer, I always have the phone available even at work and if by chance it happens. So I'm sure they haven't contacted me but even if it were like that for 12 days they don't try to contact the customer again???
I could give it 5 stars but as I lost 12 days of use of the sofa due to someone's incompetence I only give it 3 stars.

They provide hand sanitizer for the customers. Do not for get to wear your mask before entering the store.
