★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Comprei um biquini, com o preço em anexo. Não me serviu, disseram que era só devolver e em 10 dias recebia o reembolso. Quando fizeram o pagamento, descontaram-me 5€, disseram que era referente aos portes de envio da compra! Sim, porque da devolução, fui eu que paguei. Como se pode ver na imagem, os 52,5€ são o preço do biquini, em lado nenhum diz que o produto custa 47,5€ e mais 5€ de portes.
Liguei, expliquei a situação, disseram que ligavam de volta, nada, mandei mails, zero resposta. E assim se rouba 5€ aos clientes. A não repetir.
Poor service. I bought a bikini, with the price attached. It didn't fit me, they said it was just a matter of returning it and in 10 days I received the refund. When they made the payment, they discounted me € 5, they said it was related to the shipping costs of the purchase! Yes, because of the return, I paid. As you can see in the image, the € 52.5 is the price of the bikini, nowhere does it say that the product costs € 47.5 and another € 5 in shipping.
I called, explained the situation, they said they would call back, nothing, I sent mails, zero response. And so customers are stolen € 5. Not to repeat.

Esta encomenda foi efectuada no sentido de ser uma prenda de natal para as minhas irmãs, mas infelizmente desta vez, não se notou o cuidado que teve anteriormente. Não irei devolver, porque já estamos em cima da época de Natal e também porque acho que devemos ajudar o comércio local, no entanto queria-lhe pedir que passe a fatura com os valores corretos, visto não responder por mensagens privadas terá que ser pedido por aqui. Infelizmente foi um péssimo serviço.

I have returned two items 1 month ago and am still waiting for a refund. They do not deign to answer me when I write to them. After-sales service works fatal. On top of that I had to bear the return shipping costs which cost me more than the items. A disaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio post venta inexistente. 3 meses hecho el pedido y nada recibido. No contestan al mail, ni instagram,… despues de muchos mensajes, lo consegui por whatsapp. Y se definen como empresa ética...nada recomendable
Non-existent post-sale service. 3 months placed the order and nothing received. They don't reply to email, or instagram,... after many messages, I got it through whatsapp. And they define themselves as an ethical company...not recommended at all
