We can’t believe it was back in 1999 that we opened our first store in Cheltenham, our hometown. We haven’t changed a bit since day one. We’ve always believed food and drink should be far more than functional – it should brighten your day. Whatever the time, wherever you are, and whether you have five or fifty minutes.

Every night our kitchen becomes a hive of activity as our team work away to handmake everything you see in store, delivered fresh every morning before you’ve even got to work. Nothing but the freshest ingredients are chopped, marinated, roasted, drizzled, spiced and seasoned. Using what Mother Nature gave us to handmake every single wrap, salad and melt. Food simply done, done well.

V	Vladimir Straticiuc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit sad with this Flat white. At the Lisbon Airport T2. The coffee is very weak. I had to order the second one and they just added a bit more foam. I asked if they know how to make the flat white and I was asked if I want more foam. They have no knowledge on how to make the coffee and just ruining the name of the brand. Very sad to see this. More training is needed and better preparation for the staff to make a proper coffee. Compare to other shops around here. This is still most empty. Not mentioning the price payed for a very bad coffee.

I was expecting at the cashpoint and she let me wait for 5min for finally not let me pay as she was organizing her fridge ! nobody was here ! I have been waiting for 5min and try to question her she was not answering and finally responded to say cashpoint is close ! No hello no sorry ! She has been rude and disrespectful ! She could have told me before letting me wait for 5min she have seen me all that time ! If I was her boss I would definitely not let be working in my coffee shop !

Not only were we completely over-charged, we had to wait for nearly 25 mins for a coffee as they only have one machine and one person on the coffee machine. All the other staff stood around, taking orders and scratching their heads while early-morning passengers get stressed about missing flights. Well done Vinci for spoiling what used to be a nice set of airport coffee shops, and congratulations to Soho for working out a shake-down business model that doesn’t require you to understand how to run a coffee shop in the first place.
L	L KoNny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting and overpriced sandwich. I am not keen on fast food but the McDonald’s would be a better option. We have bought 2 egg mayo sandwiches and bottle of water and paid nearly 17€. The sandwiches had a blob of eggs and mustard in the middle and the rest of the sandwich was dry. I have to highlight the mustard in this mixture as that was the only thing I could taste.
H	HOUSSEM SELMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, i have been in many airports in many countries much more expensive than Portugal and this is the most expensive restaurant/coffee, a tiny sandwich costs 7 euros, one single banana is nearly 2 euros. I do not recommend unless you have no other choice.

When I complained I got a very arrogant attitude and was told that Caffè latte simply IS coffe with Milk. The Guy told me he had worked there for 2 years, so he KNOWS his Coffee. Well, obviously he didn't leqrn How to use the Milk streamer during those 2 years. So 3,50 euroa for a flat Coffee and a Terrible attitude. Will never go here again!
E	Ezio Accaputo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soho coffee is located right at the airport of Lisbon, terminal 2 and it's a quite big and new bar where you can buy croissants, sandwich and beverages. Personally I had orange juice and a small sandwich and they were both good. The only problem is that prices at the airport of Lisbon and at airports in general, are getting crazy, really too expensive!!!! The bar is big, there is lots of space where to sit and can charge your device as there are plub sockets...

The food was nice, the coffee was good but of course you pay the price for it. Also, the tables were unattended and it’s like a jungle.. people fighting over spots and seats. I literally grabbers the cleaning spray and a rag, and cleaned a whole table myself.
