★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just very poor quality food. The grilled prawns were covered in tomato ketchup and garlic (€18). Squid and vegetables were unbelievably overcooked. Just don’t bother even if everywhere else is full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on the seafront the fish is always fresh and the grill cook is very good at what they do. Can get busy at the height of the season and require you to book to be sure if a table. Excellent fish restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some dishes were good but others not. Steak was impossible to cut. Service was slow. Too many choices require pre reservation, like octopus rice. That is weird since the city claims to be the octopus capital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food very good, lots of fish but meat dishes available too. Started off with a younger waiter who was eager to please and spoke good English. After the main course, he seemed to have disappeared and the service wasn't as prompt. But great value with 2 mains, half a litre of house wine and small bottle of water for 28 euro. Would have a sweet but nothing much local just a lot of chilled desserts like you get in a UK based Chinese restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lunch there, ate fish. The food seemed fine, but my husband got food poisoning. He had a terrible evening and night. As we didn't eat anything else, we assume it was from the fish from the restaurant.
