J	Jochen Rabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In love from the first second. We had not booked, a mistake, it was full. But the very attentive waitress said, if we wait a little we have a chance. So it was. We got a table and came back three times. Why: The chef, knows how to cook. He knows how to prepare fish, crab, lobster,... to the point, just great. Without frills, but pure and extremely good. I have rarely experienced such friendly, attentive but also super authentic waitress as here. The entire team visibly enjoys their work, probably also because everyone is allowed to be who they are. Not everything was perfect. The cappuccino was way too hot, but you forgive that gladly when you are served as a guest so joyfully. The wines are down-to-earth and good. Nothing is exaggerated, everything is on the level. The good mood of the team, is also transferred to the guests. The prices are fair. W'll come back, also because I need one of the cool polo shirts that the waiters wear :-)

The food was fresh and staff was educated and had so much knowledge about the food and wines and how the Seafood was prepared and from local fisherman! Just an amazing experience! From start the finish my guest and I were treated like family! Solar 31 is a must Dining experience in Lisbon! Bravo! 5 stars+++??????

Not too many to choose from menu but we ordered Dourada for 2 persons. Food was delicious. Recommend this place even if it s a little bit pricey.

T	Thi Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely first night in Lisbon, thanks to Solar 31. We didn't make a reservation, but they were very flexible to schedule a table for us in half an hour. We went to the rooftop bar nearby to have a drink during the waiting time. It was quite nice to be able to do both in my opinion. The staff was super friendly and knew the menu ins and outs. The food was delicious and well presented. I love their traditional clam dish and the "ugly" fish choice, only found in Portugal. The staff also let us try different wines before making the selection. Then, we were quite impressed by the chef's friendliness. He was very caring, funny and knowledgeable. He went to each table to make sure we're happy and satisfied. He also took the time to explain the seafood, hidden gems in Portugal and even traveling tips around the world. All in all, I would say don't miss it while you're there, a must-try in Lisbon.
C	Catherine Plumb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solar 31 offers an incredible Portuguese seafood experience. Their fish, octopus, clams, and shrimp are all outstanding. Thoughtfully prepared, the food is fresh and bursting with flavor. The house wine is delicious but they also have a great bottle selection. The best part, however, was our server Lucy. She is a treasure and took time to get to know us, as well as show us some incredible hospitality. We ended up coming back for a second dinner just because she was so lovely and the food was so good. Definitely prioritize taking a meal here. You won’t regret it.

The waitress helped remove the bones from the fish right beside us before serving on the plates, which leaves you with fewer bones to take out while eating. The ambience was really nice too. You can easily eat here with a group of friends and have a good time.
