★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi-me servido um croissant amassado, perguntei se seria possível trocar por outro em melhores condições. Foi-me dito que não era possível porque já tinha sido cortado ao meio, e como tal não poderia ser trocado. Acontece que eu não pedi que fosse cortado e quando dava conta da minha insatisfação ao empregado da sala, surge desencabrestada a empregada do bar (que escolheu o croissant amassado) e me diz 'há algum problema' num tom agressivo. Não lhe dei confiança e chamei o patrão. Contei o sucedido mas não fez caso. Conclusão se querem ir a uma taberna e ter confrontos com os empregados este é o local ideal.
 Today I was served a crumpled croissant, I asked if it would be possible to exchange it for another in better condition. I was told it was not possible because it had already been cut in half and as such could not be exchanged. It turns out that I didn't ask for it to be cut and when I realized my dissatisfaction to the waiter in the room, the barmaid appeared (who chose the crumpled croissant) and told me 'there's a problem' in an aggressive tone. I didn't trust him and called the boss. I told what happened but ignored it. Conclusion if you want to go to a tavern and have confrontations with employees this is the ideal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it's a normal Portuguese pastry shop, not much to add. As usual no vegan options, and there are mostly sweets and packed juices. Quite expensive actually. The service was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A "traditional" pastry shop with a wide variety of cakes and pastries. They make their own so, tipically, it is all very fresh and of high quality. The staff is quick to serve. You can also have the normal variety of coffees and coffee "variants". If I have to say something less positive it would be that it is normally a little busy and you may have difficulty in finding an empty table.
