C	Conrad Zellers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The views were great, the room was large, a kitchenette area, full living room then a separate bedroom with the bathroom adjoining. Tonya, a former tour guide gave excellent advice for sites and dining. Loved it!!!!

There is a small pool with about 8 sunloungers but only one umbrella: insufficient for comfortable use. We booked the cheapest suite because nothing else was available. It was really spacious with a little balcony, but the "double" bed was two singles pushed together. The air or carpet freshner used in the hallways was sickeningly cloying. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk from two train stations, but both routes are along a busy carriageway with no shade.

D	David M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place to stay. We found it at the last minute. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and she tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Rooms are large and clean. They can easily fit a family of five. Unfortunately the wifi is only available on the lobby not in the rooms which is inconvenient since you have to go to the lobby every time you need internet connection. We didn't try the breakfast which cost around €10 per person a little bit overpriced for a family of five and you can find cheaper price at the local malls which have amazing restaurants. Swimming pool is not big and a little bit deep for small kids. If your kids know how to swim then you should not worried. But the hotel is very quiet and just across the river. I recommend if you look for quietness and have a large family. Not a four stars hotel but can be if they update rooms, appliances and air conditioning.
A	Aziz A Khetani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this a 5 star hotel, definitely not. I believe they advertise it as a 5 star. As an American I don't expect to take my own garbage out of the room, nor return the dishes. We have 2 young children. They eat a lot and there will be plates, so we were not pleased at all. Also you'll see from the photos the bugs which were in our room one night. We did not have food out or leave windows open . Bathroom was leaking too. The good: some staff really nice, view was great, and can walk everywhere (not to Lisboa). Nice little town.
D	Di M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really spacious rooms. Good service, spa available. Helpful stuff. Nice breakfast, with beautiful sea views just through the window. Hot drinks, kettle, available in rooms. The only thing that needs to be improved is filling the teabags and coffee bags up every day - someone just forgot to do it I guess
P	Paula Conceição on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a room for my son , deposit was taken from my bank account so far ok ,, when my son did the check in , the full amount was taken , when question about the deposit , we were told that that money with be refunded in 24h never happened still wating after a week so be aware.
s	soulution77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The personnel war always helpful and even if something wasnt quite right, it was fixed instantaneously. Very friendly staff! Kids friendly. Great view to the Tejo and Atlantic. The rooms are according to their age, they are in the process of renewal.
