- inability to deliver of commitments on task and time over 8+months .
-delivery of unsuitable equipment which necessitated eventual /delayed exchange.
-consistently unresponsive and poor customer service despite repeated requests /reminders by the customer.
- overall poor value for money
-rated 2 stars only in recognition of the attitude & willingness of the technical staff to try to find a solution to what in the end was an unimplementable proposal
