I	Ivo Kohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginásio com grande variedade e possibilidade de escolha de aulas ( acho que é o que os mais "maduros" procuram - AULAS ) . Muitos equipamentos. Muitas salas de aulas. Verifica-se cuidado na manutenção e limpeza. Profissionais dedicados e atenciosos. Gym with great variety and possibility of choice of classes (I think that is what the "mature" look for - CLASSES). Lots of equipment. Lots of classrooms. Caution is taken in maintenance and cleaning. Dedicated and attentive professionals.

M	Marina Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudaram as máquinas para versões antigas e enferrujadas! Algumas destas máquinas "novas" nao funcionam bem, nao sao intuitivas e nao bloqueiam bem o assento. Depois de meses a frequentar o ginásio penso em trocar porque se o numero de máquinas já era reduzido, agora nem dá gosto de treinar nelas! Changed the machines to old and rusty versions! Some of these "new" machines don't work well, aren't intuitive and don't lock the seat well. After months of going to the gym I think about changing because if the number of machines was already reduced, now I don't even like to train on them!

O nível de profissionais ainda continua muito bom, mas essa semana do final de janeiro 2022 começaram a trocar os aparelhos com boas condições de uso por aparelhos velhos e enferrujados. Talvez seja para enviar a alguma Solinca classic ou Element, não sei o motivo, mas trocaram aparelhos bons por uns que podem quebrar a qualquer momento e ainda causar uma lesão. Até a numeração das placas estão apagadas, treinar sem saber o peso que carrega é algo desagradável When I started training at Urban Fit, after Spirit Foz, the gym was excellent. The level of professionals is still very good, but this week at the end of January 2022 they started to change the appliances with good conditions of use for old and rusty appliances. Maybe it's to send to some Solinca classic or Element, I don't know why, but they exchanged good devices for ones that can break at any moment and still cause an injury. Even the plate numbers are off, training without knowing the weight you carry is unpleasant

Sempre valorizei bastante a qualidade dos equipamentos disponiveis e por esse motivo e apesar de ter outras opções de ginásios bem mais perto de casa, nunca ponderei trocar por outro. Infelizmente em Janeiro 2022 fui surpreendido com a troca dos aparelhos velhos e cheios de ferrugem e em muito mau estado e nem sequer os pesos têm indicação de Kg, o que para quem já treina há muitos anos é difícil de saber o peso, quanto mais os alunos mais novos. Simplesmente vergonhoso o tratamento e respeito pelos sócios deste clube. Estou seriamente a ponderar trocar de ginásio. I've been going to this gym for 3 years, still in the Urban Fit days. I have always valued the quality of the equipment available and for that reason and despite having other options for gyms much closer to home, I never considered changing for another one. Unfortunately, in January 2022, I was surprised by the replacement of the old equipment, full of rust and in very bad condition and not even the weights have an indication of Kg, which for those who have been training for many years is difficult to know the weight, let alone the younger students. Simply disgraceful the treatment and respect for the members of this club. I'm seriously considering switching gyms.
