Fui ao local para formalizar um arrendamento. Primeiro que o mesmo não tinha contrato e sequer fornecia um comprovante de pagamento mensal. Apenas emitia um papel em branco contendo o valor pago. Segundo que ao ser questionada das informações e condições de arrendamento a corretora e sua supervisão não fornecia respostas claras e ainda disse que os assuntos não me."diziam respeito".
Como assim?! Se estou prestes a fechar um negócio não posso ter esclarecimentos sobre o assunto?!
Pra finalizar disse que não se sentia segura em fechar o negócio comigo pq estava a perguntar demais.
Não indico esses serviços a ninguém.
Como uma imobiliária trata seus clientes assim e oferece um imóvel sem contrato?!
Lamentável pois verdadeiros profissionais nunca se posicionaram desta forma.
Terrible attendance.
I went to the place to formalize a lease. First, he had no contract and did not even provide proof of monthly payment. It just issued a blank paper containing the amount paid. Second, when questioned about the information and conditions of the lease, the broker and its supervision did not provide clear answers and also said that the matters did not "concern me".
As well?! If I'm about to close a deal, I can't have any clarification on the matter ?!
Finally, I said that I didn't feel safe closing the deal with me because I was asking too much.
I do not recommend these services to anyone.
How does a real estate agent treat her clients like this and offer a property without a contract ?!
Unfortunately, true professionals have never positioned themselves in this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta imobiliária para fazer nenhum contrato, a través deles realizei um aluguer a longo prazo a partir do mês de Dezembro de 2018 em Portimão, para angariar o cliente e ganhar ou cobrar a sua comissão estão sempre presto. Mas logo apareceram os problemas no prédio já que este estava perfeitamente maquilhado e estava realmente em falência desde o mês de Novembro com notificação por parte do tribunal, e os serviços no mesmo como limpeza das áreas comuns, manutenção da piscina, concertar os elevadores, arranjo dos jardins deixaram de fazer e o que alugaram como um prédio de luxo passou a ser um prédio de lixo que agora esta em venda judicial, mas continuamos a pagar por algo do qual não desfrutamos.
abstenham-se de fazer negócios com esta imobiliária, não pensam no bem-estar dos clientes só no seu próprio. Aldrabaram-nos.
I do not recommend this real estate company to make any contract, through them I made a long term rental from December 2018 in Portimão, to attract the customer and earn or collect your commission are always ready. But problems soon arose in the building as it was perfectly made up and was really in bankruptcy since November with notification by the court, and services in the same as cleaning the common areas, maintaining the pool, fixing the elevators, fixing of the gardens they stopped doing and what they rented as a luxury building became a garbage building that is now for sale in court, but we continue to pay for something we don't enjoy.
refrain from doing business with this real estate, do not think about the well-being of customers only on your own. They cheated us.

I was lucky to have found Inês and her team that were looking to buy an apartment, there are no words for such dedication and support that we feel, they accompanied us in every step to complete the acquisition of our T2 since the opening account at the bank until they go with me to the deed , I just have to thank all the advice and friendship that still lasts , I strongly advise buyers and investors looking for properties in the area of Portimão and surroundings that come to real estate solutions .
