Passado um ano ainda não tive o valor ressarcido. Tento contacto, mas a empresa alega problemas financeiros e não me dá um retorno de quando irão fazer o depósito.
I bought Ecofloor flooring for a customer's floor. When returning wooden pallets, Soplacas should return their value. After a year I still have not had the amount reimbursed. I try to get in touch, but the company claims financial problems and doesn't give me a return on when they will make the deposit.
