★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best shipyard I have ever seen I'm semi retired marine engineer worked in states and all over Europe Hugo and Pedro and sopromar have turned this yard to a 5 star for work, parts, and facilities feels like you staying in a secured safe place with rooms for crew, storage, and 1st class ocomidation the main one they have a separate workshop for every thing you would ever need,
without doubt the best yard iv ever seen ideal to get boat ready to cross the pond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my boat with an outboard engine for a check, that includes valves checking. Luckely marked the rockerbox and the gasket before with a white marker. Came back without opening the rockerbox and changing the gasket. I asked if they have checked the valves, they said "YES" and the time was counted on the bill what I`ve only paid part of. NEVER AGAIN, BIG LIERS !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made bad experience with Sopromar Lagos. You can order cleaning the hull or painting with antifouling - that works fine. But keep an eye on complex task and double ceck every work done. If there is something wrong - Sopromar dont take the responsibility for that! I'll never place an order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the chandlery are super friendly and polite. I'm giving this a 3 star review as the battery I needed costs €90 on the internet, but €188 there which is more than excessive. They also don't have any epoxy, which give the size of the chandlery is a bit crazy. On a positive note they have an impressive selection of nuts and bolts!

Having some excellent improvements done.
Very secure with electronic gate entrance and security guard.
Very compedent with excellent worker who are very knolgeabable in the area they specialise in.
Always welcoming and get the work done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you sail an older boat and live 2000km away from it you need great support. Sopromar are brilliant at helping with the regular service issues, as well as the larger project work, such as new teak decks, sails, handmade covers and shade.
Nothing is ever too much trouble or too difficult for their huge team of specialists and when you need them in a hurry they respond.
Communications with the owner and service team is always prompt and clear. Invoices are detailed.
There is simply no better than Sopromar.
