V	Vasco Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço pior era difícil. Cobraram caro, não arranjaram nada e no final ainda foram desagradáveis e mal educados. De evitar ao máximo os serviços desta empresa. Worse service was difficult. They charged dearly, they didn't get anything and in the end they were nasty and rude. To avoid the services of this company as much as possible.
C	Che Rro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi completamente enganado por estos senhores. Dizem que preciso de um esquentador de gas novo, e que tiver ventoinha. No final nao precisava disso (o antigo nao tinha ventoinha). E agora a ventoinha puxa os gases para o extrator de ar da cozinha, e a casa inteira cheira a gas. Eles nao respondem os mensagens e ainda por acima nao enviaram a factura da compra. Nunca mais!!! He was completely deceived by these gentlemen. They say I need a new gas water heater and a fan. In the end I didn't need that (the old one didn't have a fan). And now the fan pulls the gases into the kitchen air extractor, and the whole house smells like gas. They do not respond to messages and have not yet sent the purchase invoice. Never!!!

Na verdade só abriram um buraco na parede e não conseguiram concluir o trabalho por falta de material. Ainda cobrarem duas horas do serviço e eu fiquei sem água até ao dia seguinte. Não aconselho. I had a rupture in a pipe and called them at 8 pm on a Sunday. Over the phone, they were sure they would be able to solve the problem. In fact, they only drilled a hole in the wall and were unable to complete the work due to lack of material. They still charge two hours for the service and I ran out of water until the next day. I do not advise.
C	Cláudia Mendeiros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha de serviço: não resolveram o problema, cobraram um valor absurdo pelo serviço e quando se solicitou que voltassem ao apartamento porque não tinha ficado resolvido não apareceram e ainda disseram ofensas e foram agressivos ao telefone. Pior experiência é impossível. Não são profissionais, não demonstram conhecimento técnico e ainda tentam roubar as pessoas. A disgrace to the service: they didn't solve the problem, they charged an absurd amount for the service and when they were asked to return to the apartment because it hadn't been solved, they didn't show up and even said insults and were aggressive on the phone. Worst experience is impossible. They are not professionals, do not demonstrate technical knowledge and still try to rob people.

Por um preço muito bom. I had new toilets installed in two bathrooms and the professionals from this company did an impeccable job, almost without littering with the works and leaving the place clean and ready to be used! For a very good price.

Poucos dias depois apareceu uma fuga de água que inundava a nossa casa de banho e caía para o andar do vizinho do andar abaixo do meu. Quem fez a obra não resolveu. Chamei a SOS canalizadores que em cerca de 20 minutos resolveu o problema I had done work on the bathroom with the installation of new toilets. A few days later there was a water leak that flooded our bathroom and fell to the neighbor's floor below mine. Whoever did the work didn't solve it. I called SOS plumbers who in about 20 minutes solved the problem

r	romain kew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in the morning to ask the price range to unclog my toilet, the woman didn't give me any infos. When their plumber arrived he said he can't do anything about it today and that he can try to fix it the day after for 480€. That's insane! Then he asked us to pay 30€ because he came here. That's even more insane. They have no class, no professionalism and since we talk English they assumed they could scam us. I just called another plumber and it cost 160€ in total to fix it, so DONT SUPPORT SOS CANALIZADORES.
