No caso da SOVE diria que poderiam ser mais céleres em especial no pagamento ao balcão.
Mas o mais importante está lá, profissionalismo, dedicação e organização.
I do not give 5 stars as there is always something to improve.
In the case of SOVE, I would say that they could be faster, especially when paying over the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching dozens of companies in Portugal who would sell sheets of Teflon PTFE, many without success or selling just in large quantities and overpriced, I found SOVE's website that had the product I needed.
Called them on the phone, and was able to experience excellent customer support. I've ended up buying from SOVE, after ordering by phone and pick-up at their Lisbon store.
Beyond the fact that my product was ready to be picked up and paid for, I noticed how well they have implemented the COVID-19 protective measures and the courtesy of the companies employees. I recommend SOVE without a doubt.
