★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Spaces for 2 consecutive days in the end of June and I was impressed with the physical space! Very well decorated, spacious, nicely cleaned and very helpful staff!! Fernando (the site manager) was an amazing host and very friendly! Thank you all for this great experience, which made my working day so much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities, but expect hidden fees. The cherry on the cake is that they are very good at charging different fees - and never return your deposit fee. It's a shame this place has a lot of potential, but let down by nonchalant, and terrible internal processes. I'd avoid signing a contract here, but potentially good for day use. I've waisted a lot of time, trying to receive my deposit, despite it being late I've still yet to receive it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked one of their meeting rooms for an important webcall. The team was extremely helpful, and the meeting room was well equipped. I will definitely consider them as a great working space in the future.
Btw, I booked online and all went smoothly.

We've tested a few coworking spaces in Lisbon with the team and this was by far the worst! If you are a start-up looking for an office, stay away. They clearly have not understood the needs of their clients, they have loads of hidden costs and lack of flexibility.
- You need to pay for your water - forget coffee or tea
- It's freezing cold, you wonder if they understood anything about hospitality (many team members asked several times if they could lower aircon but you just get a categorical no, like most of any of your requests)
- It's very difficult to meet up and discuss because their conference rooms are 45eur/hour and impossible to actually discuss in their coworking
- If you want to eat, you need to buy from their cafeteria
- It took them 2 weeks to get my internet access working
Stay away and you should probably, as a Ryan air company carefully study all the additional costs you will be charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So basically they call a coffee shop “Lounge” and charge you for it. On top of that, the coffee they serve is awful. Not a lot of tables have plugs, very noisy environment. The space itself is nice, lots of light; and the chairs are amazing.
