★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed an evening dining at Spaghetti Notte with friends from Coimbra. The setting is lovely but It was evident from the outset the restaurant was very understaffed. Two waiters had to serve the full restaurant and terrace. We would have had a frustrating evening waiting for service had it not been for our waiter (José ) who was very professional, charming and attentive and did his utmost to serve us under difficult circumstances. The pasta dishes were well executed but not outstanding and some choices in both wine and mains were not available. Management should reconsider their staffing as long waits for service can be a deal breaker when food is mediocre. Definitely worth a visit if you are a pasta lover and don’t mind waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Italian restaurant in all of Coimbra. Try the raviolis, the risottos or any kind of pasta. Everything is exceptionally good. My favorite is really the mushroom raviolis with cheese. It melts your heart.
