I bought a chair from Herman Miller and the whole process was fantastic until the transport to the Azores including dealing with an error made by the local transport company by me without even being a mistake on the part of Spezzo.

I bought a Herman Miller Aeron last month and am quite satisfied not only with the chair itself but also with the entire process — initial visit to the Matosinhos showroom, ordering process, delivery and after-sales service! I highly recommend it to all those who are looking to improve their quality of life at work (and/or leisure, as the case may be).
