 My cylinder lock was broken, within two days the spare parts were on site and installed! Vehicle was washed before delivery and cleaned inside! Very good service and staff were very friendly! Muito obrigado Augusto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma desgraça. Só sabem mudar óleo e facturar exorbitâncias por serviços que muitas vezes nem fazem, como foi o meu caso. E ainda danificaram o meu carro, recusando depois assumir responsabilidades. Seriedade e honestidade são fundamentais numa oficina de marca. Nem outro carro novo nem assistência ao actual, não volto.
A disgrace. They only know how to change oil and bill exorbitances for services they often don't even do, as was my case. And they even damaged my car, later refusing to take responsibility. Seriousness and honesty are fundamental in a brand workshop. Neither another new car nor assistance to the current one, I will not be back.

Mandei vir uma válvula EGR, para além de me dizerem que a peça demorava 10 dias úteis a chegar, o que é uma vergonha, fizeram me pagar o serviço antecipadamente. O meu irmão tem um Mercedes que é assistido na Finiclasse em Viseu e prestam lhe um serviço de excelência.
Poor customer service, little trust in the customer. I ordered an EGR valve, in addition to being told that the part took 10 working days to arrive, which is a shame, they made me pay for the service in advance. My brother has a Mercedes that is assisted at Finiclasse in Viseu and they provide him with an excellent service.
