★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Sport Zone faz as entregas pela CTT/GOExpress o que na prática se traduz em que não voltam a ver o que encomendaram e pagaram para ter.
A Sport Zone em si mesmo funciona bem. O atendimento telefônico é excepcional e tenta resolver e apresentar soluções...infelizmente estas soluções passam por cancelar a encomenda. A Sport Zone deveria considerar outra transportadora para as encomendas.
Sport Zone delivers by CTT / GOExpress which in practice translates into not seeing what they ordered and paid for.
The Sport Zone itself works well. The telephone service is exceptional and tries to solve and present solutions ... unfortunately these solutions go through canceling the order. Sport Zone should consider another carrier for orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui lá trocar uns tênis, não tinha o meu número, disserem se quiser vai a outra sport zone pois não podemos pedir para mandar vir . Se o tênis está pago e há uma outra loja. Não faz sentido. Fiquei imenso tempo para me atenderem, e nem ajuda alguma deram . Cada um por si , se quiserem escolham e se não quiserem nos não estamos nem aí , é o lema desta loja .
