★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento no momento da escolha do artigo. Estupefacto na caixa quando a Assistente informou que, por política da loja, não removeriam a etiqueta do preço do artigo que se destina a oferta. Péssima demonstração de má vontade, principalmente por não haver mais ninguém na fila.
Good service when choosing the article. Stunned at the cashier when the Assistant informed them that, as per store policy, they would not remove the price tag from the item being offered up. Terrible display of ill will, especially since there's no one else in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja cheia de clientes sem alguém que os atenda, os poucos funcionários que lá estavam não dão conta do recado, mas o pior é ignorarem as crianças que tentam falar com alguém. Assisti a uma funcionária que simplesmente desviou o olhar e seguiu em frente.
Mais de 30m e ninguém me atendeu mesmo depois de o pedir.
Store full of customers without someone to serve them, the few employees who were there are not up to the task, but the worst thing is to ignore the children who try to talk to someone. I watched an employee who simply looked away and moved on.
More than 30m and no one answered me even after asking.

Great, a lot of sympathy in helping the customer in everything, (grade 20) nothing to point out in the professionalism of the employees.

This space should follow the trends of the adjacent spaces with regard to light and colors. Decor is very important! It's a very unappealing space... But it has everything to be able to transform!

Selected 3 pairs and asked for my size but the waiting time was long.
But believe it was because of black friday discounts to many customers compared to staff.
Staff did speak English + for that
