Sugeria um sistema de senhas ou algo do género, pois estive à espera para pedir o tamanho de umas sapatilhas para o meu filho e nada, mesmo depois de ele já estar a chorar por estar farto de esperar, passavam os colaboradores e pediam para esperar sem sequer olhar para mim. No entanto vi outras pessoas que chegaram depois a passar à frente. Já nem falo de prioridades! Lack of organization when the store has many customers. I would suggest a password system or something like that, as I was waiting to ask for the size of sneakers for my son and nothing, even after he was already crying because he was tired of waiting, employees passed by and asked to wait without even look at me. However, I saw other people who came to the front later. I'm not even talking about priorities anymore!

A good selection of sneakers, however the prices are a little more expensive than in other similar stores. The service could be better.

Infelizmente, o atendimento tem vindo a descer bastante na qualidade, na simpatia e na vontade de ajudar os clientes. Apesar de ter boas marcas e de estar bem localizada, a atitude de alguns elementos do staff afastam os clientes. Once upon a time, it was one of the best sports shops in town. Unfortunately, the service has been going down a lot in terms of quality, friendliness and willingness to help customers. Despite having good brands and being well located, the attitude of some staff members turns customers away.
