★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed by the store manage, Filip (sorry I didn't get his second name, but he was working on Sunday 25 July, at 3pm) and his colleague. I had a complaint and he solved it immediately and to the benefit of both Sportsdirect and myself. I was amazed! This caliber of manager is rare in Portugal and I was very impressed.
Congratulations to Sportsdirect for employing such professional and wise staff such as Filip.
