Aluguei 2 apartamentos para passar o fim de semana com a minha família, e infelizmente os apartamentos não corresponderam - principalmente por falta de manutenção e limpeza (principalmente o apartamento com 2 quartos e varanda). A localização apesar de central, tem um problema grande com toxicodependentes nas traseiras, sendo muito desconfortável no apartamento estúdio cuja entrada é pelas traseiras. Compreendo que é uma altura difícil, mas sinto que houve demasiado desleixo. Comuniquei a maioria das falhas à gestão do apartamento para que a experiência seja melhor para os próximos clientes.
 A big disappointment. I rented 2 apartments to spend the weekend with my family, and unfortunately the apartments didn't match - mainly due to lack of maintenance and cleaning (mainly the 2 bedroom apartment with balcony). The location, although central, has a big problem with drug addicts in the back, being very uncomfortable in the studio apartment whose entrance is from the back. I understand it's a difficult time, but I feel there was too much sloppiness. I reported most of the failures to the apartment's management so that the experience is better for the next clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento (da 6 con due camere da letto è un divano letto nel salone) era molto grande e confortevole. Un bagno completo + un wc, salone spazioso e cucina anche. Posizione molto centrale. Unico enorme neo: rumorosissimo. Per me impossibile chiudere occhio. Si affaccia su una strada principale molto trafficata anche di notte. Come avere le macchine in casa. Peccato veramente.
The apartment (for 6 with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge) was very large and comfortable. A full bathroom + a toilet, spacious lounge and kitchen too. Very central location. The only huge drawback: very noisy. For me it is impossible to sleep a wink. It overlooks a busy main road even at night. Like having cars at home. Too bad really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host was waiting for me and he walked to meet me outside. He helped with the garage that I also rented and with my luggages. I could not expect anything better than that, very kind. The apartment was renovated and looked perfect for us, including with a dishwasher that was a huge plus. It is close to several supermarkets and to the famous "livraria Lello".
