 Bad experience I asked for a BUDGET on 12/27 and after calling twice they scheduled for today in Porto plas 09.30 I waited until 10.15 they didn't show up or justify their lack of attendance. I don't need to say more.

Má comunicação entre o arquitecto e o engenheiro de obras
Foi pedido uma coisa e não fizeram. fizeram ao gosto deles e não ao gosto do cliente tendo.o cliente pago para o que não foi feito.
Orçamentos sem iva ao que engana os clientes mesmo o cliente pedindo os orçamentos com iva.
Uma muito má experiência.
Non-compliance with the dates mentioned in the contract.
Poor communication between the architect and the construction engineer
One thing was asked and they didn't. they did it to their taste and not to the taste of the customer having the customer paid for what was not done.
Budgets without VAT to which deceives customers even the customer asking for quotes with VAT.
A very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Processo de Obra FRA104/19. Nada a apontar, bom serviço, bom apoio, bom trabalho realizado. Admito que fiz a obra a medo, infelizmente não é dos sectores mais transparentes e sérios, contudo neste caso em particular gostei imenso do resultado final. A casa de banho ficou impecável assim como a cozinha. É continuarem. Boa semana.
Work Process FRA104 / 19. Nothing to point out, good service, good support, good work done. I admit that I did the work out of fear, unfortunately it is not from the most transparent and serious sectors, but in this particular case I really liked the final result. The bathroom was spotless as was the kitchen. It continue. Good week.

Tínhamos uma infiltração no andar superior e foram atenciosos connosco fazendo a obra antes da data a que inicialmente se propuseram para evitarmos os dias de chuva que vinham. Até ver ficou tudo bom. Obrigado pela vossa ajuda.
We have replaced the cover of our house with Mr. Works and we only have to thank. We had an infiltration upstairs and were attentive with us doing the work before the date we originally set out to avoid the rainy days that came. Until it was all good. Thanks for your help.
