Necessito comunicar-me com o meu centro de saúde, o qual por sua vez, não me atende as ligações que tento estabelecer. A solução passará por dirigir-me dia 26-01-2021 (não sabendo se estou positivo) para proceder em conformidade? Entretanto, o delegado de saúde, nem ninguém da unidade entrou em contato comigo. Entendo que o SNS esteja saturado, contudo, seria importante puderem arranjar um mecanismo que permita o atendimento de chamadas, de forma emergente. I have COVID 19 in isolation from 11/01/2021 to 25/01/21. I need to communicate with my health center, which in turn, does not answer the connections I try to establish. Will the solution involve going to 26-01-2021 (not knowing if I am positive) to proceed accordingly? In the meantime, the health delegate, or anyone in the unit, contacted me. I understand that the SNS is saturated, however, it would be important to be able to find a mechanism that allows the answering of calls, in an emergent way.

Como é possível isto acontecer, ainda para mais numa altura em que as pessoas mais receio têm. O acompanhamento é uma completa inexistência. Vergonhoso mesmo. It's a pity that a health extension doesn't answer the phone for the more than 30 calls I made. How is it possible for this to happen, especially at a time when people are most afraid. Esperei com outra senhorita por volta de 30 minutos e as enfermeiras em uma sala conversando sobre coisas que agora nao veem ao caso como a vacina do covid. Fui ao livro de reclamaçoes e quando estava escrevendo no livro de reclamaçoes, me chamaram dizendo que o tempo que eu estava perdendo fazendo a reclamaçao, era para estar sendo atendida, questionei a enfermeira dizendo "fiquei la mais de 30 minutos e bati na porta por tres vezes e perguntava sempre quando iria ser atendida. A mesma enfermeira veio ter comigo e me respondeu trazendo reclamaçoes e me dizer que estava fazendo aquilo por caridade e nao tinha obrigaçao alguma de me atender. Veio me dizer que estava decepcionada comigo e me jogou todos os atendimentos anteriores em minha cara. Discutimos e ela veio com assuntos pessoais de consideraçao, acredito que devam ser mais profissionais em seu trabalho. Quando voce se sentir humilhado e nao for atendido, va no livro de reclamaçoes, se todos que passaram por constrangimentos ou mal atendimento o usassem, o posto nao estaria desse jeito. O livro se encontra na recepçao do posto de saude. Today, I went to take my daughter to be vaccinated. I waited with another young lady for about 30 minutes and the nurses in a room talking about things they now don't see in the case like the covid vaccine. I went to the complaints book and when I was writing in the complaints book, they called me saying that the time I was wasting making the complaint, was to be answered, I asked the nurse saying "I stayed there for more than 30 minutes and knocked on the door for three times and always asked when she would be seen. The same nurse came to me and replied by bringing complaints and telling me that she was doing it out of charity and had no obligation to attend to me. She came to tell me that she was disappointed in me and threw all the previous appointments in my face. We discussed and she came up with personal issues for consideration, I believe they should be more professional in their work. When you feel humiliated and are not attended to, go to the complaints book, if everyone who went through embarrassment or poor service used it, the post would not be that way. The book can be found at the reception desk.

É inadmissível isso, ainda por cima neste período em que todos os atendimentos precisam ser agendados previamente, para além de irresponsável é vergonhoso e triste. Total falta de respeito pela população. Só dei uma estrela para poder publicar, nem isso merece. Sadly, it is sad to know that a health facility does not answer the phone. M	Morgana de Lima Pires Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se pode colocar só defeitos, é chato que para marcar consulta de urgência é só entre as 8h e as 8h30,no entanto, marcam a hora e a essa hora somos atendidos, não é preciso passar a manhã toda á espera num local onde está mais gente doente, aliás, adorei a organização,dessa forma evitam o contato entre os doentes. Adorei a médica, Dra Patrícia Wilson foi muito atenta e muito profissional. Quanto a não atenderem o telefone, infelizmente, hoje em dia isso é um mal geral em centros de saúde e repartições do estado, entre outras. Compreende se que com o número de funcionários que existe, uma pessoa não pode fazer ambas as coisas, uma vez que o fluxo de chamadas nestes locais é intenso, deviam colocar uma pessoa que só atendesse o telefone, mas isso é culpa da gerência. Eu gostei do atendimento, até á data. Even though we explained our five-year-old Child had three nosebleeds daily, and we needed to be seen to, how can I healthcare provider to really do not care about a minor is beyond belief. This surgery does not give any positive insight into Portuguese health care system. Avoid any cost

We have only seen one doctor who was kind and spoke English with no problem. Yes, it’s small, it’s old, and the waiting time can be an issue, but after visiting several other public health offices in Portugal we are happy to be assigned to this one. We have always been treated with respect and a willingness to help, so we have no complaints so far.
