★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro Eugénio, a lei é clara, não se passam garantias por meia, passo a citar: "a garantia cobre todas as não conformidades que se verifiquem no veículo, à excepção daquelas que fossem do conhecimento do comprador à data da compra; resultem de má utilização por parte do condutor ou que decorram de materiais fornecidos por este, sendo nulas as cláusulas que excluam ou limitem estes direitos."
Por isso aguarde pela queixa por outros meios há-de chegar.
Dear Eugénio, the law is clear, there are no guarantees, I quote: "the guarantee covers all non-conformities that occur on the vehicle, with the exception of those that were known to the buyer at the time of purchase; they result from use by the driver or resulting from materials provided by the driver, clauses that exclude or limit these rights are null and void."
So wait for the complaint by other means to arrive.
