The downside is that it has staff shortage and they won't be able to help you that well if you have questions or need help with something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long waiting times at photocopies.Today - a Friday 2 pm - there were 9 people in the queue when I arrived and ONE person serving.
It would have taken at least 45min if not more before getting to me - the 10th person! Arrghhh. I walked away.
