★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store can be hard to find - it is located at the entrance of the enclosed mall, not in the outside Outlet Mall area. Good service, lots of seating. Only negative for me is that outside seating (as for so many restaurants) is devoted to smokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey listen....as an American in Portugal, this seemed to be the only place to get a full size to-go coffee. Beyond that, staff was lovely and the store was nice. Plus the enormous playspace outside means you can enjoy your drink and let the kids run around.

Yesterday around 4PM I went to grab a Caramel Macchiato at first I was pleased to see one of the stuff greeting everybody, joking with them it was awesome, then while waiting for my coffee there was a blond Barista she seemed so angry, the way she was making Frappuccinos and coffees was honestly disgusting, pouring the Frappuccino over the cup and she cleaned it with a cloth & boom she throw it to a client, no thank you no have a nice day, nothing! Then it came my turn she made the macchiato and was decorating with Caramel I went to her and said excuse me you forgot to add The whipped cream she looked at me in the rudest way possible and she said I didn’t finish yet! Not only she was rude she thought I have never went to a Starbucks before! Have you seen a Macchiato decorated with Caramel Sauce Then the whipped cream on top? I honestly never seen this coffee Art Before! I didn’t want to make a scene and talk to the manager cause I really didn’t have time for this nonesensee!
Pls Starbucks stop hiring angry & Rude ppl who don’t have manners while dealing with customers, it is a Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Starbucks with very kind staff. I especially enjoy the interior. Looks very cozy and welcome with big windows and comfy chairs. Outside seating is also possible which is great. Place is usually a bit busy so expect some waiting time.
