Personable and helpful she is an asset to your Company. When I left on the 14th at 0430 in the morning I was checked out by Sophie as well and again her personable character was there to see me off. I will return to Porto and I will stay at your hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was an amazing location, walking distance to everywhere from bars, cafés, restaurant's and shops. Very difficult to get lost and so close to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Just one small thing was that we could not open our balcony or access to a window, this was ok as we came in November at off peak season but in summer may have gotten a little too stuffy and warm. All in all an amazing stay and great price ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfortable bed, central and a great location for the old town and harbour. Breakfast not worth paying for. Biggest problem for us was fellow guests making a noise and smoking something in the corridor at 4,30am complained to reception, nothing done about it till we resolved ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to stay in central Faro. Hotel is clean and modern with friendly and helpful staff. Good price if booked through online sites.
They were happy to let me keep my bicycle in their storeroom.
Short walk to old town area with restaurants, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being told we could check in at 1pm, on arrival we were told we had to wait until 4pm.
The room was not clearly not cleaned. There were crumbs etc. on the floor. The bathroom had black mould on the walls. The overhead light did not work.
During our two night stay we had to go to reception three times because our keycard wouldn't work and were promptly told it must have been our fault.
The only plus is that the hotel is central
