Na loja Stopcolorido de Odivelas comprei tinteiro compatível com HP, que veio com defeito no chip (a impressora informava que tinha erro). No dia 13.04.2020, fui pedir a troca e o funcionário (pessoa de meia idade) aos gritos, com maltrato e de forma arrogante, malcriada, acusou-me de mentir e de ter sido eu a arrancar o chip que permitia a pretensa compatibilidade com a impressora (Perguntei, qual seria o meu interesse e respondeu que era o interesse em mentir!!!). Não é forma de tratar um cliente. Desaconselho totalmente! Tratam um cliente como criminoso e mentiroso!
At the Stopcolorido store in Odivelas I bought an HP compatible ink cartridge, which came with a defective chip (the printer reported that it had an error). On 13/04/2020, I ask the exchange and the clerk (middle-aged person) screaming with abuse and arrogant, rude, accused me of lying and I have been to boot the chip that allowed the alleged compatibility with the printer (I asked, what would my interest and said it was the interest in lying !!!). There is way to treat a customer. I would advise all! They treat a customer like a criminal and a liar!

Atendimento PÉSSIMO! Fiz uma encomenda numa loja e infelizmente no dia que tentaram entregar não estava em casa e disseram para levantar nesta loja. Hoje no feriado tentei ir buscar a minha encomenda por volta das 12:10 (visto na net dizer que fechava às 13:00). Quando cheguei estava fechado e liguei a perguntar se estavam abertos hoje ao que o senhor responde que sim mas que fecham às 13, mas teve de ir a um cliente e por isso estava fechado. Perguntei ao senhor se demorava visto daqui a nada serem 13:00, sempre muito arrogante e mal educado respondeu que não sabia e que só abriram a loja hoje por favor e que nao interessa nada do que estava na net. Disse que nao era normal nem tinha de estar a falar assim com um cliente ao que responde “ cliente? Nem sei com quem estou a falar” PIOR ATENDIMNENTO QUE JÁ TIVE, nao devia atender ao público. Pena não conseguir dar 0 estrelas.
POOR service! I placed an order at a store and unfortunately, on the day they tried to deliver, I wasn't at home and they told me to pick up at this store. Today on holiday I tried to pick up my order around 12:10 (as seen on the net say it closed at 13:00). When I arrived it was closed and I called to ask if they were open today to which the gentleman says yes but they close at 1 pm, but he had to go to a client and so it was closed. I asked him if it would take him a visa before it was 13:00, always very arrogant and rude, he replied that he didn't know and that they only opened the store today, please and that it doesn't matter what was on the net. I said it wasn't normal and I didn't have to be talking like that to a customer to which the answer is “customer? I don't even know who I'm talking to" WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD, I shouldn't serve the public. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

Atendimento 5 estrelas. O Sr. Carlos é uma pessoa espetacular , sempre atencioso com o cliente e pronto a ajudar. Sempre que preciso de um tinteiro, folhas A4 ou outros consumíveis para a minha empresa ligo e rapidamente chega às minhas instalações. Bom serviço a bons preços
5 star service. Mr. Carlos is a spectacular person, always attentive to the customer and ready to help. Whenever I need an ink cartridge, A4 sheets or other consumables for my company I call and it quickly arrives at my premises. Good service at good prices

O atendimento já foi melhor. Enviei um email de manhã para impressão e quando cheguei a tarde para levantar, o senhor disse-me que não havia emails e disse de forma grossa. Estava a atender um outro cliente quando chamou para me atender, mas se não consegue dar atenção a uma pessoa como quer dar atenção a duas ao mesmo tempo? Nem se quer me deu a opção de enviar o email novamente ali na hora e já chamou o rapaz que estava atrás de mim. Fui embora sem a impressão e ainda perdi tempo aguardando a loja abrir às 15h. Um atendimento mais humano seria bem vindo. Todos temos problemas na vida, mas é preciso separar problemas pessoal e ambiente de trabalho (inclusive sendo dono).
The service used to be better. I sent an email in the morning for printing and when I arrived in the afternoon to get up, the gentleman told me that there were no emails and he said it bluntly. I was attending to another customer when he called to help me, but if you can't pay attention to one person, how do you want to pay attention to two at the same time? Not even gave me the option to send the email again right there and already called the guy who was behind me. I left without the print and still wasted time waiting for the store to open at 3pm. A more human service would be welcome. We all have problems in life, but it is necessary to separate personal problems and work environment (including being an owner).

I don't understand why there's so many complains about this place. I went there and the shop was a full. I was a bit rush and ask one of the employees if he can print something quick to me and the guy instantly reach to me and help very fast. Nice place, I will come back for sure.
