★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente assíduo desta loja mas no passado mês desloquei-me para trocar umas calças e o gerente achou que as calças tinham sido utilizadas pois na etiqueta tinha um laço que não deveria ter. Mas o mais incrível é a falta de profissionalismo e educação deste senhor que disse isto alto para que toda a loja ouvisse ao invés de puxar o cliente para o lado e conversar comigo. Falta-lhe muita formação no atendimento ao público.
I am a frequent customer of this store but last month I went to change some pants and the manager thought that the pants had been used because the label had a tie that should not have. But most incredible is the lack of professionalism and education of this gentleman who said this loudly so that the whole store listened instead of pulling the customer aside and talking to me. You lack a lot of training in customer service.
