A estrutura do parque é formidável, com belas paisagens, plantas , flores e arbustos . Além disso os equipamentos para exercícios são novos e permitem uma grande variedade de exercícios.
 The Street Workout park, which is still under construction, is the right place to enjoy the view from a viewpoint, exercise, chat with friends or take a nice walk. The structure of the park is formidable, with beautiful landscapes, plants, flowers and shrubs. In addition, the exercise equipment is new and allows for a wide variety of exercises.

It has soft rubber flooring wich is extremely comfortable to use barefoot.
Equipment (updated):
Low pull-up bar (around 180-185), pair of gymnastics rings (way smaller then original size, attached on short chain) monkey bars (sort of), parallel bars, inclined abs bench,
As for disadvantages (updated):
Pull-up bar is too low. Monkey bars are low. And there's no shadow on a playground so during sunny days you'll be burned, especially in summer.
