★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAUTION: Fio de Ouro sells bad L'Oreal Experts products that do not comply with the brand!
I went to Fio de Ouro on the 13/07/2021 and bought a L'Oreal Expert Filler-A100-Amino Acid Pro Longer Crème. I had used it before and loved it, so went there hoping to buy this amazing cream. For my disappointment, the creme I bought at Studio Fio was SUPER LIQUID, which made me wonder that it was probably expired. So I went back to Fio de Ouro on the 19/07/2021 and showed the receptionist the product, explained the situation, and the lovely receptionist said "I myself noticed before that these products were too liquid, which I think is weird. Let me call the product specialist". So another women comes, a Brazillian woman, the Specialist, and she said that the product was fine. She added that it was meant to be very liquid to penetrate the hair fibers.
I asked her the refund and she refused to give me one, or any voucher.
I contacted L'Oreal and they say the product is meant to be a thick cream, and not liquid as it is. L'Oreal told me to buy their products to their official sellers (listed on their website). Few days later, I went to an official L'Oreal sells and bought another tube of the same product, and surprise surprise, it was at the right consistency!
Summary: Fio de Ouro is not selling trust worth L'Oreal products! I will follow up with an official complaint to other national organizations. This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE!
