★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo em UK e fui ao Subway para comer uma veggie patty porque há uns tempos li que eram ok para veganos (obviamente confundi com o veggie delight). Eu fiz o pedido e mencionei "sem queijo" e a rapariga que me estava a servir fez questão de me explicar que o veggie patty levava ovo (eu nem tive que perguntar, ela entendeu que eu não queria consumir ingredientes de origem animal). Eu ainda insisti porque pensava mesmo que era apto para mim mas ela também insistiu e ainda bem porque tinha toda a razão. Muito obrigada, óptimo saber que têm pessoas qualificadas e que farão questão que o cliente não consuma o que não quer, neste caso como eu, por não saber. Infelizmente não memorizei o nome dela, muito simpática, foi um prazer.
I live in the UK and went to Subway to eat a veggie patty because a while ago I read that it was ok for vegans (obviously I mistook it for veggie delight). I placed the order and mentioned "no cheese" and the girl who was serving me made a point of explaining to me that the veggie patty was carrying an egg (I didn't even have to ask, she understood that I didn't want to consume animal ingredients). I still insisted because I really thought it was fit for me but she also insisted and thankfully because she was absolutely right. Thank you very much, great to know that they have qualified people and that they will make sure that the customer does not consume what he does not want, in this case like me, for not knowing. Unfortunately I didn't memorize her name, very nice, it was a pleasure.
