★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Gosto bastante das sandes do subway e ontem pela primeira vez visitei este estabelecimento na UBBO (antigo Dolce Vita Tejo), infelizmente fui muito mal atendida.
 Poor experience. I really like the subway sandwiches and yesterday I first visited this establishment on UBBO (formerly Dolce Vita Tejo), unfortunately I was very poorly served.

Order by Bolt Food didn't even arrive half of the order that was placed, you pay for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não contratem mais gente que não é preciso. Ora dão prioridade à fila na loja e os homens das entregas ficam uma data de tempo à espera, ora dão prioridade às entregas e quem está na fila que se lixe.
Don't hire more people you don't need. Sometimes they give priority to the queue at the store and the delivery men wait a certain amount of time, sometimes they give priority to the deliveries and whoever is in the line screw it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pela aplicação da Bolt food no qual foram pedidos 2 menus de 30 cm com sabores totalmente diferentes. Inverteram todos os vegetais e molhos dos lanches. No final, paguei por um sanduíche que não comi. Pois colocaram tudo o que eu não como nele por falta de atenção do funcionário que preparou. Decepção total.
I placed an order through the Bolt food application in which 2 30 cm menus were ordered with totally different flavors. They reversed all the vegetables and sauces in the snacks. In the end, I paid for a sandwich I didn't eat. Because they put everything I don't eat in it due to lack of attention from the employee who prepared it. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good sandwiches one of my favorite place to visit when I want something different from Macdonald's or Burger King also the staff is very attentious, but there are a few things to improve...normally it takes to long, one of the last times I've been there it took about 20m just to say what I wanted to eat. Also the ingredients tray needs better cleanup and more often, I noticed ice mixed with the ingredients quite a few times.
