★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma boa marca, a qual aprecio muito... Porém fortemente prejudicada pelo atitude negativa de um funcionário que a representa na loja do Colombo. No dia de ontem (30/4/2018) dirigi-me à loja com o meu namorado às 23h40 com o intuito de comprar um fato. Quando la cheguei o funcionário já estava a fazer o fecho... limitou-se a contar o dinheiro que tinha em caixa sem nunca perguntar se precisavamos de ajuda. Aliás, questionei-o acerca de tamanhos e este apenas (continuando a contar as moedas) me respondeu "sim" "não". Somente se aproximou de nós para apressadamente arrumar os fatos que estavam a ser experimentados num claro desejo que nos fossemos embora.
Lamentável, de facto! Mal educado, antipático e desrespeituoso para com os clientes. Se os clientes têm o dever de respeitar os horários dos funcionários, também estes deveriam respeitar as idas à loja que muitas vezes são tardias porque também nós temos trabalho - como neste caso, em que tinhamos acabado o nosso dia!
A good brand, which I very much appreciate ... However, it was severely hampered by the negative attitude of an employee who represents it at Colombo's store. Yesterday (4/30/2018) I went to the store with my boyfriend at 11:40 pm in order to buy a suit. When I got there, the employee was already doing the closing ... he just counted the money he had in cash without ever asking if we needed help. In fact, I asked him about sizes and he just (continuing to count the coins) answered "yes" "no". He only approached us in a hurry to fix the facts that were being experienced in a clear desire that we leave.
Regrettable indeed! Rude, unsympathetic and disrespectful to customers. If customers have a duty to respect employees' schedules, they too should respect visits to the store, which are often late because we too have work - as in this case, when we had finished our day!
