★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei um fato para homem nesta loja e após o pagamento verifiquei que eu cima do balcão dizia “cartão cliente”. Questionei a colaboradora sobre o mesmo e esta explicou como funcionava. Respondi que então gostaria de criar um cartão pois com a minha compra já iria ganhar bastantes pontos pois a compra era de 200€. Esta disse-me que não havia nada a fazer porque o cartão tinha que ser passado antes do pagamento…
A colaboradora em nenhum momento me perguntou se eu tinha cartão cliente ou se desejava fazer um. Penso que ela esteja lá precisamente para atender os clientes.
Terrible attendance. I bought a men's suit at this store and after paying I noticed that I said “customer card” on top of the counter. I questioned the collaborator about it and she explained how it worked. I replied that then I would like to create a card because with my purchase I would already earn a lot of points as the purchase was 200€. This one told me that there was nothing to do because the card had to be swiped before payment…
The employee never asked me if I had a customer card or if I wanted to make one. I think she is there precisely to serve customers.
