Very friendly staff. The only downside is that I booked a room with a balcony and it didn't have it, but everything else was great.

Cerca de 15m para a ribeira do Porto, 10 m para Vila Nova de Gaia e 10 m da praia de espinho. Very calm place, great to rest. Away from the hustle and close to everything. Simpatia e bem receber. Vão com certeza ser uma referência de Vila Nova de Gaia em alojamento e eventos. PARABENS Excellent service, we had a Saturday changeover with new pandemic rules and that's why the hotel was empty, not for that reason something failed, they didn't turn off a single light, air conditioning in all necessary rooms, perfectly heated pool water, cleanliness, brightness , extreme competence . m	micorest val on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas d’indication à l’entrée. Heure d’arrivée demandée mais une fois sur place la chambre est pas prête. Une chambre avec balcon était annoncée lors de la réservation, mais pas de balcon (je pense dans aucune chambre). Avant d’arriver nous avons demandé si tout le spa était ouvert (hammam, sauna) et avons réservé car la réponse était oui. Une fois sur place, seule la piscine était accessible et l’eau froide. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude (problème général qui peut arriver). Mais personne ne nous a prévenu alors qu’au courant. Le robinet de la douche m’est également resté dans la main. La Clim s’est arrêté en pleine nuit et n’a plus re fonctionné. Nous avons perdu 2h a l’accueil a attendre le responsable afin d’en savoir plus et de quitter les lieux. Résultat une journée de perdue. Les deux nuits que nous n’avons pas passés à l’hôtel suite à ces problèmes nous ont été remboursé par Booking mais la nuit passé nous a quand même était facturée, pas très commerçant… Les points positifs, hôtel très propre et déco au sublime . Mais gâché par le manque d'entretien. No indication at the entrance. Arrival time requested but once there the room is not ready. A room with a balcony was advertised when booking, but no balcony (I don't think in any room). Before arriving we asked if the entire spa was open (hammam, sauna) and booked because the answer was yes. Once there, only the pool was accessible and the water was cold. We did not have hot water (general problem that can happen). But no one told us then that in the know. The shower faucet also stuck in my hand. The air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night and did not work again. We wasted 2 hours at reception waiting for the manager to find out more and to vacate the premises. Result a lost day. The two nights that we did not spend at the hotel following these problems were reimbursed to us by Booking but we were still charged for the night spent, not very commercial ... The positive points, very clean hotel and sublime decor. But marred by the lack of maintenance.

Faltava gel duche tendo sido informada de que se encontrava esgotado?! De resto muito limpo e com uma decoração e localização espetaculares Very pleasant stay! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the shower tap was broken, and despite complaining it wasn't fixed. Missing shower gel having been informed that it was exhausted?! A privacidade deste espaço para eventos e uma escapadela de fim de semana, é excelente! Todo o espaço envolvente dentro do Hotel é muito bom pelo facto de existir piscina com água quente, mas também podemos usufruir de uma caminhada ou uma pequena corrida nos espaços verdes do Hotel. Este Hotel fica a dez minutos do Aeroporto Sá Carmeiro, Porto, e com entrada na Autoestrada A- 41 a um Quilómetro, o que facilita bastante a viagem entre várias cidades, como Cidade de Espinho, Cidade do Porto, Cidade de Vila Nova de Gaia, e Cidade de Gondomar. This space is spectacular, either for its dimension in green spaces or as a Hotel. The privacy of this space for events and a weekend getaway is excellent! All the surrounding space inside the Hotel is very good due to the fact that there is a swimming pool with hot water, but we can also enjoy a walk or a short run in the Hotel's green spaces. This Hotel is located ten minutes from Sá Carmeiro Airport, Porto, and one kilometer away from the A-41 Highway, which makes traveling between several cities such as Cidade de Espinho, Cidade do Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia a lot easier. , and City of Gondomar.
