★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendable. Los aprtamentos son nuevos y tienen todas las comodidades ademas de estar decorados y amueblados con muy buen gusto. Cada apartamento tiene terraza y hay piscina comunitaria. Es muy tranquilo, y esta cerca de la playa y de supermercados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local se estivesse cuidado seria 5* mas precisa de muita manutenção, lagos precisam de limpeza, espaço sem qualquer luz a noite ou seja se quisermos sair e ir a pé porque Armação de Pera que é logo ali temos que levar lanterna ou até mesmo para ir a garagem, piscina muito bonita mas com o mesmo problema de manutenção assim como algumas das cadeiras, também encontramos muitas formigas na cozinha, problema resolvido com a ajuda sempre pronta da Petra, arbustos ou ervas queimados do sol, ideal seria colocar relva nesses espaços que seria mais fácil manter e muito mais agradável a vista, as villas são espaçosas e bonitas mas lá está falta manutenção, por exemplo na banheira ou no polivan a separação e feita por cortina porque o vidro partiu e foi resolvido a pressa ou seja é parte vidro parte cortina.
A melhorar mas tendo algum cuidado será do melhor.
If the place was taken care of it would be 5 * but it needs a lot of maintenance, lakes need cleaning, space without any light at night, that is, if we want to go out and go on foot because Armação de Pera, which is right there, we have to take a flashlight or even to go to the garage, very beautiful pool but with the same maintenance problem as some of the chairs, we also find many ants in the kitchen, a problem solved with the help always ready from Petra, bushes or sunburned herbs, ideal would be to put grass in these spaces it would be easier to maintain and much more pleasant to view, the villas are spacious and beautiful but there is a lack of maintenance, for example in the bathtub or on the polivan the separation is made by curtain because the glass broke and was resolved in a hurry or is part glass part curtain.
Improving but taking some care will be the best.
