Efetuei uma compra pagando um sinal, após duas semanas sem qualquer contacto contactei a loja e informaram-me que o artingo tinha sido descontinuado e portanto iam-me fazer o reembolso do Sinal(!)
Explicações ou alternativas apresentadas? nehuma!
Ainda tive de voltar a contactar para garantir que o reembolso fosse efectuado.
Bad Service - Professionalism at the level of a stairwell store.
I made a purchase paying a deposit, after two weeks without any contact I contacted the store and they informed me that the item had been discontinued and therefore they were going to refund the deposit(!)
Explanations or alternatives presented? none!
I still had to contact you again to ensure the refund was made.
