Recebi o meu jantar super rápido e não desapontou! Sushi muito bom e atendimento incrível!

I had a problem with ordering through Uber Eats. The restaurant was ready to find a solution that would not harm me.
I got my dinner super fast and it didn't disappoint! Very good sushi and amazing service!

Prestam cada vez mais um péssimo serviço.
Entregam pouco molho de sushi para a quantidade de caixas que se compramos.
Numa das vezes encomendei 3 embalagens de gengibre, veio apenas 1.
Sei que têm ofertas de peças acima de x caixas e não a entregaram na última encomenda.
É a segunda vez que encomendo e não tem peixe (salmão). Como assim um restaurante de sushi não tem salmão??
Tenho cartão cliente que nunca foi considerado para nada após 5/6 encomendas.
Acabaram de perder um cliente. E tantos outros a quem eu vos tinha recomendado.
I went from adore to abhor it!! I do not recommend.
They are increasingly providing a bad service.
They deliver little sushi sauce for the amount of boxes we buy.
On one of the occasions I ordered 3 packages of ginger, only 1.
I know they have offers for parts over x boxes and they didn't deliver it in the last order.
It is the second time I order and there is no fish (salmon). What do you mean a sushi restaurant doesn't have salmon??
I have a customer card that was never considered for anything after 5/6 orders.
They just lost a customer. And so many others to whom I had recommended you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido foi feito às 19 horas e nunca mais chegava. Demorou tanto ao ponto de ligar para lá, disseram-me que "já ía ser enviado". Após mais 1 hora à espera liguei consecutivamente e ninguém me atendia. Pedi ao meu pai para ligar e rapidamente ele foi atendido, ou seja, para além da demora ainda ignoram os clientes. Enfim, eram 22 horas e NADA ainda, só chegou às 22:30 e adivinhem? Pedimos comida para toda a família e faltou uma parte do pedido. Voltamos a ligar para lá e só agora, às 23:20 o pedido foi todo entregue. Uma vergonha! Gostávamos deste restaurante e passamos a odiá-lo. Para quem não se importa de esperar 4 horas e 30 min pela comida este restaurante é perfeito!
The order was placed at 7 pm and never arrived. It took so long to call there, they told me that "it was going to be sent". After another 1 hour of waiting I called consecutively and no one answered. I asked my father to call and he was quickly answered, that is, in addition to the delay, they still ignore customers. Anyway, it was 22:00 and still NOTHING, it only arrived at 22:30 and guess what? We ordered food for the whole family and part of the order was missing. We called them again and just now, at 23:20, the order was all delivered. A shame! We liked this restaurant and grew to hate it. For those who don't mind waiting 4 hours and 30 minutes for their food, this restaurant is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos o pedido às 19h, para ser entregue entre as 20:15 e 20:45. Não chegou, e às 21h liguei para o restaurante, é disseram me que estava atrasado e que ia ser entregue por volta das 21:30. Na App da uber eats mostrava entre 21:30 e 21:50. Mais uma vez não chegou. Liguei novamente às 21:55, é disseram me que já tinha sido enviado. Mais meia hora e não chegou, liguei novamente, às 22:30, e disseram que tinha sido enviado há 15 minutos. Logo mentiram me da primeira vez que disseram que já tinha sido enviado. Eram 22:37, disseram que demorava 10 minutos. Eu disse que se não chegasse até às 22:47, ia ao restaurante buscar o dinheiro. Não chegou, fui ao restaurante e já estava fechado. Às 23:30 liga o estafeta a questionar sobre se o pedido que ele tinha era o meu. Não era, e não tinha o meu pedido para entrega. Ficamos sem jantar, por causa do restaurante e a App da uber eats mostra o pedido como entregue, que no restaurante dizem não saber porque. A gerente, Karen (penso ser assim) mentiu me de todas as vezes que falou comigo. Basicamente o restaurante roubou me, pois cobrou me, e não me entregou o pedido. Ladrões!
We placed the order at 19:00, to be delivered between 20:15 and 20:45. It didn't arrive, and at 9 pm I called the restaurant, and they told me that I was late and that it would be delivered around 9:30 pm. On the uber eats app it showed between 21:30 and 21:50. Once again, it didn't. I called again at 9:55 pm and they told me it had already been sent. Another half hour and it didn't arrive, I called again at 10:30 pm and they said it had been sent 15 minutes ago. Then they lied to me the first time they said it had already been sent. It was 10:37 pm, they said it would take 10 minutes. I said that if I didn't arrive by 10:47, I'd go to the restaurant to get the money. It didn't arrive, I went to the restaurant and it was already closed. At 11:30 pm, the courier calls to ask if the order he had was mine. It wasn't, and I didn't have my order for delivery. We didn't have dinner, because of the restaurant and the uber eats App shows the order as delivered, which at the restaurant they say they don't know why. The manager, Karen (I think so) lied to me every time she spoke to me. Basically the restaurant stole from me, because they charged me, and didn't deliver my order. Thieves!
