Tudo foi sempre tratado da forma mais expedita e vantajosa, quer do ponto de vista de rapidez quer de custos. A gestão das casas alugadas, também dada à Sweet-Home de Carcavelos, tem decorrido de forma eficiente e proveitosa. Barateiros? Não. Mas “o barato sai caro” e nisto de imóveis pode sair mesmo muito caro! Da minha experiência só tenho bem a dizer.
For years I have been negotiating through Sweet-Home de Carcavelos property purchases and rentals, as well as dispute resolution. Everything has always been handled in the most expeditious and advantageous way, both from the point of view of speed and costs. The management of the rented houses, also given to Sweet-Home de Carcavelos, has been carried out efficiently and profitably. Cockroaches? No. But “cheap is expensive” and in this case, real estate can be very expensive! From my experience, I have only good to say.

Luis Mendes went above and beyond to safely navigate me through the pitfalls of municipal bureaucracy. For example, electronically signed documents by the municipality during the pandemic would not have been accepted by the solicitor, and he managed to get sealed and signed paper versions shortly before the deadline, so my trip to Lisbon was not in vain, and we successfully concluded the deal. I am very grateful for his help, and I do unconditionally recommend this company to all looking for houses or apartments in or around Lisbon. Thank you for your outstanding service !
