★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma boa piscina mas a limpeza dos balneários deixa muito a desejar, o cheiro por vezes é mau vindo do urinol e os bancos dos balneários não vêem uma lavagem a sério há muito tempo, dá para escrever recados na sujidade na parte inferior ou superior dos bancos que são os locais onde as pessoas habitualmente não tocam, onde as pessoas tocam está limpo.
 It is a good pool but the cleanliness of the spas leaves a lot to be desired, the smell is sometimes bad coming from the urinal and the spas' banks have not seen a real wash in a long time, you can write messages in the dirt at the bottom or top of the benches that are places where people don't normally touch, where people touch is clean.

Será que não há maneira de enviar aviso a todos? Algum informático que possa ajudar aqueles senhores? Estou à espera dos créditos das 2 aulas.
In the month of January I didn't have 2 classes at 6 pm, can't you tell? Do you start by sending a message to the students of the last classes? Shouldn't it be the first ones? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando me dirigi às instalações e questionei se as piscinas tinham instalações sanitárias onde permitam trocar a minha filha bebé foi me informado que nas instalações públicas não tinha, e que existia no balneário de acesso às piscinas mas que era só para uso dos utentes pagantes e que a título excepcional me iria autorizar a utilização.
Julgo que o acesso ao fraldario não pode ser negado por parte das instalações questionei eu, ao qual obtive a resposta que a lei tinha alterado. Quando fui trocar a minha filha observei que o troca fraldas não tinha cinto de segurança para prender a criança.
(agradeço a atenção dispensada pelo pois esta a cumprir ordens de superiores e teve a amabilidade de me deixar usar as instalações.
When I went to the premises and asked if the pools had toilets where they could change my baby daughter I was informed that in the public facilities I had not, and that it existed in the access to the pool but was for the use of paying users only and that exceptionally would authorize me to use it.
I believe that access to the baby care facility cannot be denied by the facilities, I questioned, to which I got the answer that the law had changed. When I went to change my daughter I noticed that the diaper change had no seat belt to secure the child.
(Thank you for your attention as you are following orders from your superiors and were kind enough to let me use the facilities.

Deviam ter mais atenção á higiene dos balneários masculinos e pelo que fui devidamente informado os femininos (principalmente) tambem.
Sistema de identificação mts vezes em avaria.
Falta de Monitores para actividades (este ano , francamente...) resumindo, boas instalaçoes e atendimento acessivel.
Good facilities, water, not always at the proper temperature for activities.
They should pay more attention to the hygiene of the male spas and for that reason I was duly informed the women (mainly) as well.
Identification system mts times broken.
Lack of Monitors for activities (this year, frankly ...) in short, good facilities and accessible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalações boas, mas a precisar de algumas remodelações/renovações. a estrela que dou é apenas por este motivo.
Funcionários administrativos a necessitar de formação URGENTE no atendimento ao publico. Não atendem telefones, não retornam chamadas e não sabem dar qualquer informação acerca de vagas para a natação de crianças. desde Agosto que aguardo uma resposta, apesar das inumeras vezes que já questionei (presencialmente, por email, ...), à data de hoje ainda ninguém me sabe responder.
Desorganização total no que concerne a procedimentos internos e total desconsideração pelas pessoas que estão a tentar inscrever-se e que desconhecem os procedimentos.
Atenção que quis inscrever-me no pilates 1x/semana, algo que está tabelado para o ano de 2021/2022 e fui informada pela professora responsável que não poderia inscrever-me 1x/semana, que teria de ir 2x/semana. Então não deveriam ter a opção de 1x/semana tabelada ou deveria estar mencionado que dão preferência a inscrições de 2x/semana.
Resumindo, em vez de 3 possiveis clientes, irão ficar sem nenhum, face à desorganização e falta de profissionalismo que revelaram.
Instalações boas com exploração péssima.
De momento não recomendo.
Good facilities, but in need of some refurbishment/renovation. the star I give is just for this reason.
Administrative staff in need of URGENT training in serving the public. They don't answer phones, don't return calls and don't know how to give out any information about spaces for children to swim. I've been waiting for an answer since August, despite the countless times I've asked questions (in person, by email, ...), as of today, nobody knows how to answer me.
Total disorganization with regard to internal procedures and total disregard by people who are trying to register and who are unaware of the procedures.
Please note that I wanted to sign up for pilates 1x/week, something that is scheduled for the year 2021/2022 and I was informed by the responsible teacher that I could not enroll 1x/week, that I would have to go 2x/week. So they shouldn't have the option of 1x/week tabulated or it should be mentioned that they prefer 2x/week subscriptions.
In short, instead of 3 possible customers, they will be left with none, given the disorganization and lack of professionalism they showed.
Good facilities with bad exploration.
I don't recommend it at the moment.
