 SWR Barroselas Metalfest is one of the oldest and most respected heavy metal festivals in Portugal, having celebrated its 20th edition in 2017!
The festival's alignment brings together metalworkers from all over the world, having in recent editions counted with bands from all over Europe, USA, South America and North Africa, including big names like Napalm Death, Marduk, Metal Church and Shining.

Festival is cool with good bands, but it is unacceptable that in these days, and taking into account that the law does not allow it, more than half of the people smoking indoors, without any ventilation / extraction system
