★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema deste laboratório passa pelas rececionistas que passam muito tempo à conversa com alguns clientes. É longo o tempo de espera para inscrição.
Além disso, hoje dia 22/01/2022 passei para fazer análises, e apresentei receita em formato digital (no telemóvel). A senhora da receção disse logo que não podia fazer porque tinha de apresentar em papel.
Nos dias de hoje, com a pandemia e a evolução das tecnologias é inaceitável.
A situação ainda é mais grave porque não foi permitido entregar em papel mais tarde ( após fazer as análises) ou sequer enviar para o mail do laboratório e ali imprimir.
 The problem with this laboratory is the receptionists who spend a lot of time talking to some customers. The waiting time for registration is long.
In addition, today 01/22/2022 I went to do analysis, and presented the recipe in digital format (on mobile). The lady at the reception said right away that she couldn't do it because she had to present it on paper.
These days, with the pandemic and the evolution of technologies, it is unacceptable.
The situation is even more serious because it was not allowed to deliver on paper later (after doing the analyses) or even send it to the laboratory email and print there.
