★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento super sempatico liguei para la marcar isame atenderam logo com uma grande sempatia ja o outro na praça do brasil nao se pode dizer mesmo das senhoras estao no atendimento super arrogantes e nao atendem telefone ainda desligam as chamadas porque estao de conversa e as pessoas a espera , mas este na baixa é impecavel super educadas parabens .
Super friendly service, I called to book Isame, they immediately answered with great sympathy, the other in Praça do Brasil cannot be said even the ladies are in super arrogant service and do not answer the phone yet they hang up the calls because they are talking and people are waiting , but this downtown is impeccable super polite congratulations.

Due to a misunderstanding over Hong Kong's overly stringent entry rules, my wife's and my covid tests had special requirements which the Setúbal office was unable to fulfill. By the time we discovered this, it was too late to travel to Lisbon or elsewhere to get the test and we would have been unable to return to Hong Kong. But the staff at SYNLAB Setúbal went above and beyond to send our samples halfway across Portugal to get the necessary tests, while they urged the lab personnel in Faro to give us express service without extra charge. I also want to thank the staff in Faro for replying to my e-mails in the middle of the night. We are extremely grateful for the friendly, calm, and professional manner of everyone involved. They saved our trip.
