★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A SNPS Unipessoal, Lda é uma empresa que usa e abusa do regime de isenção de horário, e pelos vistos não tem problemas com isso. A mesma falta de consciência é reiterada pelas chefias, que não se negam a exercer pressão e ameaças, o que só revela falta de consciência por parte dos mesmos.
Como se isso não fosse suficiente, existe também a política de porta giratória, em que o facto de os contratos serem por tempo indeterminado nada significa. Muitos colaboradores entram e saem. nenhum deles fica por mais de 20 anos, e são raríssimos os que fazem 10 anos de carreira (à excepção das chefias "de mão").
SNPS Unipessoal, Lda is a company that uses and abuses the exemption regime, and apparently has no problem with that. The same lack of awareness is reiterated by the bosses, who do not refuse to exert pressure and threats, which only reveals their lack of awareness.
As if that were not enough, there is also the revolving door policy, where the fact that contracts are indefinite means nothing. Many employees come and go. none of them stay for more than 20 years, and very few make a 10-year career (with the exception of "hand" bosses).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Globalmente, a Synopsys é uma empresa com bons valores. Porem, em Portugal, a empresa não funciona da mesma maneira, muito pelo contrário. Não vale a pena adiantar mais pormenores, mas a minha avaliação negativa diz tudo.
Adenda: Se pretender progredir na sua carreira e ser valorizado, sugiro que escolha outra empresa. Da minha experiência pessoal, existem muitas empresas onde se pode construir uma carreira, mas a Synopsys não é uma delas.
Overall, Synopsys is a company with good values. But in Portugal, the company does not work the same way, quite the opposite. It's not worth going any further, but my negative assessment says it all.
Addendum: If you want to progress in your career and be valued, I suggest that you choose another company. From my personal experience, there are many companies where you can build a career, but Synopsys is not one of them.
