★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai réservé du 11 au 15 juin dernier par l'intermédiaire de booking un appartement au HOLIDAYLOVERS CHIADO SUPERIOR et je ne le recommande pas car effectivement il est très bien situé mais le personnel n'a aucune considération pour ses clients. Les portes ferment avec un système à code et nous avons eu un soucis de fermeture lors de notre dernière soirée (et une autre fois la veille ). Impossible de fermer la porte et malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques, personne n'est venu pour nous dépanner et surtout plus personne ne répondait à nos appels. On nous a laissé nous débrouiller alors vu le prix je recommanderais plutôt un hôtel car au moins il y a toujours un vigile et on ne vous dira pas vous comprenez la personne de garde habite à 1h30 et on ne va pas la déplacer car on n 'a même pas la certitude de pouvoir réparer. Et nous avons quitté les lieux le lendemain sans que personne nous rappelle. Je voyage pas mal et c'est la première fois que je vois cette façon de faire. Le client est là pour payer et aucun respect pour lui. J'ai fait une réclamation sur Booking mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse et peut-être que mon avis ne sera même pas publier alors qu'en tant que consommateur il est important de partager son expérience pour savoir à quoi s'attendre. et éviter aux autres de leur gâcher leurs soirées surtout quand on part que très peu de temps et que cela coûte cher en plus.
I booked from 11th to 15th June through booking an apartment at the HOLIDAYLOVERS CHIADO SUPERIOR and I do not recommend it because it is very well located but the staff has no consideration for its guests. The doors close with a code system and we had a closing problem during our last evening (and another time the day before). Unable to close the door and despite several phone calls, no one came to help us out and especially no one answered our calls. We were left unfinished so considering the price I would recommend a hotel because at least there is always a vigil and we will not tell you you understand the guard at home at 1:30 and we will not move because we do not not even sure of being able to repair. And we left the place the next day without anyone calling us back. I travel a lot and this is the first time I see this way. The customer is there to pay and no respect for him. I made a complaint on Booking but I did not get an answer and maybe my opinion will not even publish whereas as a consumer it is important to share his experience to know what to expect . and prevent others from spoiling their parties especially when you leave that very little time and it is expensive and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! In the middle of everything. the staff is very accommodating, they provided everything we wanted (baby bed, and they even put a baby high chair). On the negative side, being in the center means also very noisy. There's also construction works nearby.
