★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency did not bother to review and verify the sellers' documentation needed for an apartment sale, even though they were supplied with it in due time by the sellers. As a result, the sale and deed signing act got postponed, on the sale date, at the very signing table, in the presence of the buyers and the creditor bank's attorney, since at the very last minute the bank's attorney checked the documentation herself and noticed that there were documents incomplete. As a seller, I hire professionals to exert their expertise on these matters, and that, this agency did not do.
