Empregada muito simpática e
prestativa... Tive um problema com
uma máquina de tabaco aquecido
IQOS e a Sra fez tudo para resolver o
meu problema! Infelizmente teve
dificuldades porque quando adquiri
a primeira para testar os 14 dias
noutro local, a empregada não
esteve ao nível profissional para
fazer a troca por outra! Pois a que
tinha á 2 dias estava com uma
avaria, e ao fim ao cabo era
simplesmente trocar por outra! O
problema é que não fechou bem o
"contrato" e daí sempre que ia a
outra loja não conseguia abrir um
novo! Isto apesar de ter uma
mensagem a confirmar o seu
fecho!! Mas felizmente e graças á
minha acompanhante no processo
de experiência dos 14 dias(Sra
Débora) e ao esforço da sra da
tabacaria Baixinha /Castelo e depois
também á Sra da tabacaria do
Continente de Silves, lá foi possível

Very nice maid and
helpful... I had a problem with
a heated tobacco machine
IQOS and you did everything to resolve the
my problem! unfortunately had
difficulties because when i acquired
the first to test the 14 days
elsewhere, the maid does not
was at the professional level to
exchange for another one! for what
I had been with a
breakdown, and in the end it was
simply exchange for another one! O
problem is that the
"contract" and then whenever I went to
another store couldn't open one
new! This despite having a
message to confirm your
close!! But luckily and thanks to
my companion in the process
of 14 days experience (Mrs.
Débora) and to the effort of Mrs.
Baixinha tobacconist/Castelo and later
also to the lady from the tobacconist's
Continent of Silves, it was possible there
